Nora tried to resign.
That surprised me.
“Why?”
“Because Oliver needs to stop thinking I’m the only person who stays.”
Wrong conclusion.
“He needs more people who stay.”
She looked at me.
Not replacement.
Expansion.

Nora remained.
But we changed her schedule.
She had days off.
