Violet avoided family photographers for two years.
Then at twelve, she asked Arthur Keane to take a portrait of her and her father.
No Miranda.
Simple studio.
Jeans.
No formal dress.
No ceremonial chair.
Arthur sent me a copy because Violet said he could.
